To the people having delivery issues

Any off-peak and/or far delivery will be sent via courier, not their driver. Service dependings then on who you get, and how backed up that service is. No real fault of the restaurant, as any small business you can't staff 24/7.

I went here once for a late dinner. I ordered some spring rolls. While waiting the waitress/cashier told me they were closing soon and locked the doors. Vefore i knoew it we were having sex on the tables. We made sweet love for about 1 hour. At this time my spring rolls finally came. Ironically they came the same time as I did. The service was extremely slow. It took an hour for my order to be ready

I go there all the time for their noodle bowl special! It's super cheap and usually ready within 10-15 minutes with an order of steamed shrimp and pork rolls. PS It's true, with delivery you will most likely receive smaller portions and so-so service.

during my time living in saskatoon i have ordered from just about every possible resteraunt and this by far is the best for asian cuisine, basically ive eaten im many other cities and still have yet to find anything remotely close to the quality and flavor of this food, i hope the expand another resteraunt in regina.

Szechuan Kitchen has great food, friendly staff, delivery is always within a reasonable time! Recommend to all my friends and family!

THis is a extremely horrible Restaurant! They have poor service! Not only that, they, they make too many mistakes!I called in to tell them about my order, which they screwed up on, and filed a complaint.However the woman who answered the phone told me ' too bad, thats what you get' and hung up on me! no respect what so ever! I have notified all my friends and family, and they will not get any service from us.

I've been ordering from Szechuan kitchen since 2002. it has always been excellent. sometimes the delivery can take a little long, but that's the way it is with all restaurants! drivers can be hit and miss i guess.

Make sure you try out the vegetable braise with bean curd if you want to try something unique - deepfried tofu with veggies!! (i know, most people don't like tofu, but believe me, this one has converted many of my friends!!!)

Used to be great not now, ordered sweet and sour pork and it was just plain sour, tried to take back and make right, he tasted the sauce and all was well, He was clearly the owner and not the chef, anyway refusing any refund.
After I accidentaly dropped my sour food on the floor, 2 tables also asked about their sweet and sour sauce claiming it was foul...
Not one for me again ever....

Food is always amazing. Meat is not questionable as with some places. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! It's always been overly late, and not as good.

You people are crazy! Szechuan rules! There is always risk of a bad experiance when you order food for delivery.

An experience with Szechuan Kitchen

Did not send out the debit/pin machine and told us that we were to go get cash from the bank with the delivery driver. The managment would not talk and had underlings do dirty work. Delivery driver threatened to take food away until I reminded him that he would be breaking and entering. No apology given and we were told if we did not pay they would phone the police.

Driver/owner returned with PIN machine and threw receipt on ground and sped away through residential area.

We have ordered twice from this restaurant. The first time our entire order was not delivered. The second time we were told our order would be delivered within 45 minutes to 1 hour. On the hour I contacted the restauant and was told it would be another 20 minutes to 30 minutes. By this time it was 730 and our two children had not been fed. I subsequently canceled the order and will never order or visit this restaurant ever again, nor will I recommend this to our friends. The only explanation that I was given was that they were busy and had received many orders. Not acceptable.
