We ordered a smoked salmon bagel to find out that it was hot smoked salmon, not cold smoked as most eateries offer on their menu (and bagels). When we spoke to staff, they didn't know the difference between hot and cold smoked - thinking because the salmon was frozen, it was cold smoked. When we asked for something different, the waitstaff threw the plate down on our table. While we can understand if they don't have the cold smoked salmon, if you're in the trade (and offering this sandwich) you should at least know the difference.
