I go to Octane often and always enjoy it. The service and food has always been good for me. The boursin chicken is excellent. When i order steak it is always cooked perfect, and i love the cream of asparagus soup.

Very poor service. Was seated for at least 15 minutes before anyone looked our direction. Busboy threw menus down for us. Our starter salads came with the meal. Steak was overdone and overpriced for what you receive. I will not be back and I will not be recommending this place either.

I WAS AT OCTANE LAST NIGHT THE FOOD WAS OK ALTHOUGH EVERYTHING TASTES PACKAGED OR FROM THE DELI COUNTER AT SUPERSTORE! THE SERVICE WANSNT GREAT I ASKED FOR MY SOUP TO START GOT IT WITH MY MEAL.MY COFFEE WAS COLD AND I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE PREVIOUS COMMENT ABOUT THE STEAK. THEY HAS OK MUSIC PLAYING IN THE BACKROUND EXCEPT THERE WAS HORRIBLE MUSIC COMING FROM THE KITCHEN WITH ALOT OF SWEARING NOT TO IMPRESESD.

foods pretty good. service is a bit lacking. otherwise a decent place reasonably priced.

We went to Octane for supper last week and loved it. The food was awesome and our server was great! We will return again!

It is probably the best food ever! I love it so much. And do not woory about the redbug girl it was totally made up. All in all good meal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day, my friend and I were in last week ( Thursday) and when we sat down to order, we advised our server we had a 2 for 1 coupon, we ordered and our meals were brought out, I had a Ribeye steak and it was the worst steak I have ever had- it had soo much fat on there, not pleasant at all. It was only a 8 oz to begin with and I am certain that when I pulled all the fat off- it was only a 4 oz steak, I felt completely ripped off. We brought it to our servers attention and she said Well, its free anyway- as you have a 2 for 1 coupon- and then took the coupon, and my plate- which was covered with fat- and the veggies and fries, I actually wasnt even finished?! Why wouldnt she have offered to rectify the situation instead of me leaving as an angry customer? I also found a black hair at the bottom of my Dacquiri- all in all this was an awful experience and I would love to know how you will regain my loyalty to Ocatane? Is this how your servers are trained to handle ugly situations? I would have been more pleased had she offered to have taken the meal off and given us our coupon back? It was brought to her attention for a reason and she completely ignored the problem at hand. Whats in it for me to come back to Octane again?!
