Great simple fish and chips with coleslaw you actually want to eat. The service is friendly and top-notch. The renovation is a vast improvement, I miss the old diner feel but it is far less noisy and crowded now.

Best fish & chips in Saskatoon, by far!

I've been going to Gibson's since the 60's and have enjoyed their take-out for years. I went once since the renovations and was put off due to it being packed all the time and the short hours. I will, however, continue with the take-out as I believe it is the best I have ever had in my life. What ever happened to the silk fish that used to hang in the window at the old entrance?
