The least helpful staff, very rigid. Was told if we went in when not busy we could order what we wanted in our bucket etc. NOT TRUE! They refuse to do so unless it is requested by their head office. There is always an excuse and never an apology.
Will never enter the KFC again due to this. Head office told us we could order the pieces we want but unless they personally send message it does not happen. Not of my family or friends will eat there again.
