On Sept. 2, 2007 my wife and I attended Tony Roma's for dinner at approx 830 P.M.. We were passing through from Alberta to Manitoba. After the waitress deliver our drinks she mentioned they were out of burgers, nachos and prime rib. My wife ordered soup and a chicken dish and I ordered fish and fries. Our meal was horrible. The food was cold and tastless. On Sept. 4, 2007 I telephoned the manager to complain but was told they were having lunch and to call back in an hour?????

Went there once will never return. The service was awfull, we had to flag staff down to ask for cutlery, drinks and OUR FOOD which was cold by the way!!! All young wait staff that could't care less about customers. I was there for my wife's birthday. In case you think it was busy that night you are wrong, there was a total of 7 customers there including the 2 of us. We never even got an appology.

If you're going to this restaurant I HIGHLY suggest you try the union loaf. Amazing. I go there specifically for this item. The food here is good - atmosphere is not too cozy but good for large groups.
